Humor
Humor in design can make an experience more human and memorable. A playful illustration, an unexpected line of copy or a witty detail can lighten a frustrating moment and give a product personality, though it has to suit the audience and the situation.
The one talk in this topic is “Design, discovery and humor” by David Carson, recorded at TED in 2009 and also tagged with discovery, emotional engagement, social design and user engagement.
