WaveMaker's "Small Fat Footer". Using the definition of a Fat Footer as a Footer that is larger than the basic "Designed by with a few more details" and has Sub-Navigation. WaveMaker did a nice job of utilizing that space to give a 'directory' of their website along with a Get Involved button (I would of called it Contact Us).
