Design 4 Drupal
Design 4 Drupal is a design and user experience event within the Drupal community. One talk from 2014 is recorded here: Best Practices for Successfully Evaluating and Improving, given by Christine Perfetti.
The talk is filed under user research. Evaluating a design with real users, and feeding what you learn back into the next iteration, is a core part of user-centred design practice.
