Marty Cagan
Marty Cagan founded the Silicon Valley Product Group in 2001 to help others create successful products through writing, speaking and advising. Before that he was an executive responsible for defining and building products at Hewlett-Packard, Netscape Communications and eBay, where he was senior vice-president of product and design. He is the author of the books Inspired, Empowered and Transformed.
His talk here, from Mind the Product San Francisco in 2015, examines the root causes of product failure, from where product ideas come from to business cases and roadmaps.
