Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi
Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi is noted for his work on happiness and creativity, and is best known as the architect of the notion of flow, which he researched and wrote about for many years. He is the author of many books and over 120 articles or book chapters.
In Flow, the secret to happiness, a TED talk from 2008, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi explains flow: the state of deep, focused involvement people reach when the challenge of an activity matches their skill. For designers, the idea underpins much thinking about motivation and engagement, from games to learning products.
