Jakob Nielsen
Jakob Nielsen is a web usability consultant. He holds a PhD in human-computer interaction from the Technical University of Denmark in Copenhagen, writes the Alertbox newsletter on web design matters and has published several books on web design. He co-founded the usability consulting company Nielsen Norman Group with Donald Norman.
