Joe Leech
Joe Leech, known online as @mrjoe, is a UX consultant, product coach and author of the book Psychology for Designers. A former neuroscientist and primary school teacher, he moved into UX and worked as a UX director at the Bristol consultancy cxpartners, designing and researching for clients such as Marriott, Disney, eBay and theTrainline. He has since worked independently, coaching product teams and executives at large organizations and startups, and hosts the Making Better Product Decisions podcast.
In “Forms are boring” (Northern User Experience, 2013), Joe Leech takes on web forms. The talk touches on cognitive psychology, design, usability and user experience, and will interest designers who build sign-up, checkout and other forms.
