Marc Stickdorn

Marc Stickdorn is the co-author of This is Service Design Thinking. He is a guest lecturer at business and design schools and works with organizations to integrate service design sustainably into their daily processes. He co-founded smaply, software for visualizing customer journeys and service ecosystems, and myServiceFellow, a tool for gaining customer insights through mobile ethnography.
