Sarah Richards

Sarah Richards is a content designer, consultant and trainer known for establishing content design as a discipline. She spent ten years in digital government, ending as Head of Content Design at the UK Government Digital Service, where she and her team developed content design for GOV.UK. She went on to found Content Design London, which trains, consults and mentors governments and organisations around the world, and is the author of the book Content Design (2017).
