Kaizen
Kaizen is a Japanese term for continuous improvement. Made famous by lean manufacturing, it describes a habit of making many small, steady improvements to a process rather than waiting for one big change, with everyone in the team involved in spotting what could be better.
In product design, the same idea shows up in iterative work: release, learn, adjust and repeat. It fits naturally with Lean UX, where teams test assumptions in short cycles and refine both the product and the way they work.
The one talk in this topic is “Better product definition with Lean UX and Design Thinking” by Jeff Gothelf, which is also listed under Design Thinking and Lean UX.
