Training talks

Training in the design process is about helping teams learn new ways of working, not just new tools. When an organisation moves towards agile or Lean UX, people need to practise collaborating across disciplines, framing work as hypotheses and learning from users in short cycles.

This matters most in large organisations, where established habits, roles and approval processes can make change slow. Hands-on training and coaching give teams a safe way to try the new approach before applying it to real projects.
