Gamestorming
Gamestorming is an approach to workshops that uses simple game-like structures, each with goals, rules and a clear start and end, to help groups explore problems and generate ideas.
The structure makes collaboration easier: everyone knows what they are doing and why, quieter participants get a chance to contribute and the group moves towards a result rather than going round in circles.
The one talk in this topic is “Design Practices for Co-creation and Engagement” by Dave Gray, recorded at UX Week in 2010 and also listed under brainstorming, workshops and design thinking.
