Eric Ries

Eric Ries is the author of the blog Startup Lessons Learned, the creator of the Lean Startup methodology and the author of The Lean Startup. He has been an entrepreneur in residence at Harvard Business School and advises startups on business and product strategy using the Lean Startup approach.

In “The Lean Startup” (2011), Eric Ries presents the methodology behind his book. The Lean Startup encourages teams to test their assumptions early with small experiments and learn from real customer behaviour before investing heavily. The talk is filed under Lean Startup and Lean UX.
