Kate Towsey
Kate Towsey is a research operations strategist and adviser. She founded the ResearchOps Community and the #WhatisResearchOps initiative, built the research operations team at Atlassian, and is the author of the book Research That Scales.
In her talk here, from UX Brighton 2018, she shares how the ResearchOps Community began, what its global workshops and survey revealed about the operations behind user research, and a first framework for ResearchOps.
