Teresa Torres

Teresa Torres is a product discovery coach, author and speaker based in Bend, Oregon. Through Product Talk and the Product Talk Academy she teaches product teams a structured and sustainable approach to continuous discovery, and she has coached teams at companies from early-stage start-ups to global enterprises. She is the author of the book Continuous Discovery Habits.

In her talks here, she introduces modern product discovery practices in a keynote from the Productized Conference 2016 in Lisbon (how product management has changed and how to combine discovery methods into a coherent strategy), and at Mind the Product London 2017 she shares her opportunity solution tree, a visual aid for deciding where a product team should focus.
