Productized

Productized is a product conference held in Lisbon, Portugal, that brings together speakers on product thinking, product management, product design and user experience. Its 2016 edition ran from 19 to 21 October, and the 2018 edition, the fourth in Lisbon, took place on 1 and 2 November.

The two keynotes recorded here are both about how product teams decide what to build. At Productized 2016, Teresa Torres gave An Introduction to Modern Product Discovery, on how product management practice had changed and how to combine discovery methods into a coherent strategy. At Productized 2018, Melissa Perri presented Escaping the Build Trap, on why companies end up measuring output instead of value and how experimentation helps them refocus on what users need.
