Will Myddelton

Will Myddelton is a user researcher who has worked as a lead user researcher at the Government Digital Service in London, and earlier did usability testing and exploratory research in design agencies.

In his talk here, from UX Brighton 2018, he shares research heresies: awkward truths, learned from experience, that help researchers escape the slogans and dogma that have grown up around user research and get better at helping teams improve services.
