Intuition
Calling an interface intuitive usually means people can use it without having to think about how. In practice, that feeling comes from a match between the design and what users already know, from earlier products, conventions or the real world, and from designs that teach new things gently.
The one talk in this topic is “The Curious Properties of Intuitive Web Pages” by Jared Spool, recorded at An Event Apart in 2013 and also tagged with design and interaction design.
