Aaron Walter

Aarron Walter is a designer, author and speaker. He joined MailChimp in 2008 as its first design hire, founded its user experience team and spent more than eight years there as it grew to millions of users. In 2016 he became InVision’s first Vice President of Design Education. He is the author of Designing for Emotion, published by A Book Apart, and Building Findable Websites, and is a regular speaker at design conferences.

In these talks, he covers emotional design and the teams behind it. Designing Emotional Experiences deals with delight and emotional engagement in interfaces, and Connected UX looks at customer experience and user experience more broadly. At beyond tellerrand in 2015 he spoke about Building Great Design Teams. Prototyping and interface design are also among the topics.
