Topic

Trust

Trust is the willingness to rely on someone or something. In product design it decides whether people share their data, enter payment details or follow a recommendation; inside organisations it decides whether people collaborate openly and take risks. Trust is built slowly through consistency, honesty and shared purpose, and it can be lost quickly.

The talk collected here is “How great leaders inspire action” by Simon Sinek at TED Talks in 2010. It is tagged with advertising, cognitive psychology, innovation, leadership, motivational design and team management.
