Design and Content Conference
The Design and Content Conference brings designers and content strategists together to learn from industry leaders about crafting experiences and telling stories on the web. The format is a day of workshops followed by two days of talks.
The five talks recorded here are all from 2015. Jared Spool asks whether design is metrically opposed, touching on designing with data. Kathy Wagner covers mapping content to customer journeys, and Karen McGrane discusses adaptive content, context and controversy. Samantha Warren shares guerrilla design tactics, and Steve Fisher argues that conflict is the key to great UX.
The talks cover content strategy, user experience, journey mapping and how design and content work fit together.
