Karen McGrane
Karen McGrane works across content strategy, information architecture and interaction design. She is the author of Content Strategy for Mobile and managing partner at Bond Art + Science, a UX consultancy she founded in 2006, and was formerly VP and National Lead for User Experience at Razorfish. She also teaches Design Management in the Interaction Design MFA program at the School of Visual Arts.
In these talks, Karen McGrane makes the case for content that can travel to any device. Adapting Ourselves to Adaptive Content (An Event Apart, 2013) and Adaptive Content, Context, and Controversy (Design and Content Conference, 2015) look at structuring content so it can be reused across screens and contexts, while Content in a Zombie Apocalypse (beyond tellerrand, 2014) takes a lighter angle on the same problem of getting content ready for mobile and whatever comes next.
