Role-Playing the Interaction
Conference talk at Webdagene
· 7 min
In this short talk at Webdagene in 2010, Stephen Anderson, the consultant behind the Mental Notes card deck and the book Seductive Interactions, presents a design activity he uses with his clients: role-playing the interaction.
