What I Learned Doing 250 Interviews at Google
Recorded · 60 min
Your results will only be as good as your research. In this 2014 talk, Moishe Lettvin, who has worked at Microsoft, Google and Etsy, draws on his experience of conducting 250 interviews at Google.
For product teams, the talk is a useful lens on interviewing in user research: how to get genuine insight out of a conversation with a customer. A good exercise while watching is to ask how you and your team could use his advice to develop and run a customer interview that produces new insights.
